Take a stand against plastic!

This month is about seeing if you can live without using plastic. When I learned this, I was immediately overwhelmed!! I use so many things that are packaged in plastic, and I chew gum, which has plastic in it!! :/ But this article made me realize that I’m already doing at least 20 things on their list to avoid plastic, which is a pretty good start! The list is long, so please don’t get overwhelmed by THAT. Just read through a few points and see if you can commit to trying SOME of their ideas. It was super eye-opening for me and challenged me to think differently about the things I’m doing and buying. I hope you feel the same way!
