The impact of disorganization

October is Mental Health Month, and I don’t know about you, but I could sure use a refresher on how to stay clear-headed during these times! 🙂 We’re also heading into the holidays (what???), which can be super stressful, so now is the time to take stock of your mental state (how are you truly feeling?), and the state of your surroundings (is the clutter bringing you down?), and take action! Yes! You can do it! Just setting a timer for 30-60 min, and doing some decluttering every day is all it takes! Wouldn’t it be nice to have a clear mind so you can enjoy yourself, your family, and your home? 🙂

Got 15 minutes?

Got 15 minutes?

\"\"Got 15 minutes?

Who would have thought that we’d still be working from home and that our kids would still be schooling from home? With everyone in the house, the clutter is probably starting to accumulate, right? Well, let’s get it under control before it gets too overwhelming! 🙂 Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and start small. A drawer here, a cabinet there… you’ll be surprised at how little time and effort it will take, and how big an impact it will make!  🙂
